    Account & Data Deletion Request

    How AYFY users can permanently delete their account and associated data.

    At Wave Media Studios LLC, we provide full transparency and control over your personal information and logged wellness data.

    Method 1: Immediate In-App Deletion (Recommended)

    If you have the AYFY app installed:

    1. Open AYFY and tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
    2. Select Account (or Account Settings).
    3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
    4. Review the deletion warning and type "DELETE" into the confirmation field.
    5. Confirm. All meal photos, logs, check-ins, and account profiles are immediately and permanently purged from active production databases. A minimal, de-identified consent record is retained as described below.

    Method 2: Web Deletion Request (If App is Uninstalled)

    If you have uninstalled the App or cannot access your device, submit a manual request:

    • Email: support@wavemediastudios.com
    • Subject Line: AYFY Account Deletion Request
    • Information to Include:
      1. The email address associated with your AYFY account.
      2. Your approximate account creation date.
      3. A statement confirming you request permanent account and data deletion.

    We will send a confirmation link to verify account ownership. Once confirmed, all records will be permanently purged within 30 days, except the de-identified consent record described below.

    Notice Regarding Paid Subscriptions

    Deleting your AYFY account does NOT automatically cancel recurring subscriptions managed by Apple or Google. You must cancel active subscriptions directly within your Apple ID or Google Play Store account settings to prevent future billing.
